We can recommend the professionals who will match your vision, who will be there for you on the day, and who will complement Trilogy Event Design's services to create a cohesive and fantastic event.
We will create an all-inclusive timeline for the event that will allow all of your hired professionals to work together as a team with the common goal of making your big day extraordinary.
Most importantly, we do more than check off boxes on a list of tasks. We also troubleshoot the issues that may not go according to plan, such as Mom stressing you out, a ripped dress, late/lost officiant… because just about anything could happen.

Some people call it "Day of Wedding Coordination" but our services involve so much more than showing up on the day of the wedding. Beginning 30 days before your wedding day, we will review contracts, visit the venues, talk to your chosen professionals, create the event-day timeline, and more.
